US Laundry develops and operates state-of-the-art laundromats in urban areas in the United States. The company is well-funded and helmed by industry leaders who have many years of successful experience in the laundromat business and beyond. Currently US Laundry operates five laundromats in Chicago, where two more are in development, and is now exploring acquisition and development opportunities in New York City.

Executive Chairman of the Board
Barry is a highly regarded and nationally recognized multi-unit investor and operator, who, prior to launching US Laundry, co-founded KBP Brands. He also serves on the board of Fresh Dining Concepts.
Tony Kahan
President
Tony brings over 20 years of successful experience as a Laundromat owner, developer and operator to US Laundry. Before that he developed and brokered commercial real estate throughout Chicago.
Rich Kahan
Chief Development Officer
Rich, Tony's brother, also has two decades of laundromat experience in Chicago. With a substantial background in commercial real estate, he oversees construction and development for US Laundry.
Tim Daugherty
Chief Operating Officer
Tim began his career as an employee of the Kahan brothers and over the last 18 years has evolved into an invaluable partner. Highly skilled in systems creation and oversight, he ensures that US Laundry stores maintain the highest of standards.
Daniel Patinkin
VP of Finance and Accounting
A seasoned finance professional with a highly diversified resume, Daniel wears multiple hats for US Laundry, including overseeing financial reporting and leading the company's NYC expansion.
